The home’s positioning on the site was critical — capturing the natural beauty of the landscape while creating sheltered outdoor spaces protected from the harsh summer south-easter and winter rains.

The architecture embraces open, free-flowing living areas filled with natural light, encouraging a seamless connection between the interior and exterior spaces. Privacy remained equally important, with the bedroom suites thoughtfully positioned to feel secluded while still enjoying expansive views.
